  • You have 15 days after delivery to consider a return or exchange. We do not accept returns or exchanges beyond this limit date.

  • Custom dresses are non-refundable. Items marked as "No returns or exchanges" in order details are not covered by warranty and cannot be returned.

  • Any address on the parcel that is not an approved return address will not be accepted. Please obtain authorization from our customer service representative before returning the package.

  • Refunds or exchanges will be issued for items in good condition, unwashed, and unstained. Damage or stains caused by customers may result in a partial refund of up to 50% of the total payment.

  • CHIBV is not responsible for missing, damaged, or lost packages during return transit. Customers should contact the shipping company for any claims.

  • Double-check your returns before shipping, as we are not responsible for the return of non-SHKYW products.

  • The original shipping fee and insurance fee are non-refundable for returns made for a refund.

  • Customers are responsible for the return postage.

  1. Apply for a return by email to obtain the return address.

  2. Pack the item(s) and return them via any local shipping company.

  3. Keep the tracking number of the return parcel and upload tracking info by email. Without this information, we cannot process any refund for the return.

  4. We will process returns and exchanges within 7 working days after receiving the parcel.
