The good news is, we provide Free Shipping on most orders in our store. You can check the specific countries that support free shipping in the options at the top of the page. In addition, we also provide some faster logistics methods, but these commercial express costs may need to be borne by you if you choose this method.

How long will the order take to arrive?

 Due to high demand, deliveries are currently taking around 7-20 business days. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Arriving Time = Processing Time + Shipping time

After the payment is received, Order arriving time needs 6-15 Business Days. Email will be sent to you if any update of your order and require your timely reply. So please make sure the email address you provide when placing the order is effective.

Please note that after you paid, the order will go through the following two stages:

  • Customized products usually take 7-15 days order processing time.
  • During the peak season demand, air freight demand surges, all parcels need to wait for the available flight.
  • The final delivery time depends on the Customs clearance speed in your local.

How long will you ship after I place the order? 

Orders are typically processed within 72 hours from one of our regional fulfillment centers. However, orders placed on a weekend day (Saturday & Sunday) will most likely be processed on the following Monday. Keep this in mind if you are selecting express or overnight shipping.

If you order before 4 pm Local Time, we will ship your items within 48 hours. If you order after 4 pm Local Time on a Friday, or on a Saturday or Sunday, your items will be picked and packed on Monday, and we will ship them within 72 hours.

Who will ship my order? 

Proper ships via EUB && USPS globally or some other shipping methods that are more suitable for you. We update our production and shipping timelines if we expect any delays during periods of heavy demand.

We also offer express shipping for an additional fee.

Why hasn't my shipping information been updated? 

Sometimes it takes some time to update the information. When your order has been taken by the shipping agent, all packages need to go through a strict quality control and disinfection process before shipment to ensure customers' safety, which may cause a slight shipping delay.

If the parcel is in transit or under clearing customs, the information will not be updated until it reaches the next shipping station. Sometimes the shipping company may not update the package information in time. We will try to update that info for you or please feel free to contact us to ask for help.

Can I get shipping updates? 

Your estimated delivery date includes processing time and delivery time. You'll receive email alerts from us with the status of your order; pay attention to the Inbox after ordering in 48 hours. If you have not received the email, please check the trash first; if you have been confirmed that you have not received it, please contact us by email at or submit the form with your order information.

Last But Not Least Import Taxes: Please be aware that international orders may attract an additional cost for import taxes upon receipt. We'll try our best to afford these costs no need to trouble you to pay.

We strongly recommend that you dispatch to a reliable address, as Proper is not responsible for lost or stolen orders.

Physical addresses are preferred, as we are unable to guarantee the safety of items delivered to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers.
